Dominic’s Italian Bistro - A family bistro for which I provided new marketing strategy
and marketing collateral consisting of: pens, refrigerator magnets, flyers, door hangers,
a large-format menu and a new mascot which I illustrated, then colorized digitally;
The marketing strategy was to create a more family-friendly bistro and to focus
collateral materials and efforts on surrounding neighborhoods and local sports parks
as well as radio advertisement just before and during rush hours.
